Resources Academy at Shaw High School for their collaboration and assistance to

the Department of Information Technology with the development of a Hispanic

(2) Expressing appreciation to Bobby Phillips upon his retirement with the

Columbus Fire Department after 25 years of service. (Mayor Pro-Tem Rodgers)



(3) Expressing appreciation to Wilbur E. Allmond upon his retirement with the

Columbus Police Department after more than 30 years of service. (Mayor Pro-Tem

Rodgers)



(4) Expressing appreciation to Jimmie L. Morgan upon her retirement with
