I. CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order by Chairman John Sheftall.

II. REVIEW OF APPLICATIONS



1. HD 0902-09: 627 5th Avenue. Modern Free, Inc., applicant.



Case was presented by Charlotte Frazier. The request was for the construction

of an addition to the south side of the structure. The Board reviewed and

discussed the application. Teresa Tomlinson made a motion to approve the

construction of the addition with the requirement that the roof be designed in

order to make it level. Saundra Green seconded the motion. The motion passed.



2. HD 0902-11: 1249 Eberhart Avenue. John T. Hensley, applicant.



Case was presented by Mrs. Hensley. The request was for the replacement of a

metal storage shed with a wood shed. The Board reviewed and discussed the

application. Craig Davis made a motion to approve the application as

presented. Saundra Green seconded the motion. The motion passed.
