An Ordinance amending Ordinance #99-34 that amended certain

boundaries of a district located at 6910 River Road. The purpose of this

amendment is to amend condition number 6.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:





Ordinance Number 99-34 is hereby amended by deleting condition number

6 and replacing it with the following:





6. The property shall be used as apartments, medical services, and professional

and business offices only.
