MERITORIOUS RESOLUTIONS:



Have the staff to prepare a resolution thanking Mr. Bill Heard for his

generous donation of land to the City. (Request of Councilor McDaniel)

Also, prepare a resolution thanking Mr. Lamar Beck for allowing the City to

lease his property for the temporary fire station. (Request of Mayor Peters)



Have the staff to prepare a resolution congratulating Mr. Bill Chester for

being inducted into the Hall of Fame, to be presented to him after the

induction. (Request of Councilor Henderson)

LIGHTS ON VEHICLES:



Have the staff to do some research on State Law, Code Section 40-8-90 and

determine whether or not there is an ordinance on the books and let?s discuss

it, to see whether or not it is correct and if it needs to be modified as this

law was established in 1960. (Request of Councilor Woodson)
