needs to look at incorporating in the ordinance. (Request of Councilor

Response Staff has talked with the applicant concerning the need

for a plot plan to show the preserved buffer. We are working to have that

included in the Council packet for the December 18, meeting. The

ordinance is also being prepared to show what additional conditions should

be added.
