adding definitions, requiring shelters for dogs, regulating transport and

fencing for domesticated animals; and for other purposes. (Councilor

(7) 1st Reading ? Amending the Public Safety Position Classification Plan and

Pay Plan of the Columbus Consolidated Government by changing position titles

for Fire Lieutenants; and changing pay practices for Fire Lieutenants and Fire

Captains to comply with new Fair Labor Standards Act rules. (Mayor Poydasheff)
