(1) 1st Reading ? Rezoning property located on the west side of Gateway Road

bordered on the north by Swift Mill is proposed for rezoning from RE1

(Residential Estate 1) District, LMI (Light Manufacturing/Industrial) District,

and RO (Residential-Office) Districts to GC (General Commercial) District.

(2) 2nd Reading ? Rezoning property located on the north side of St.

Mary?s Road, bordered on the north and east by Fort Benning, is proposed for

rezoning from SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) District to SFR2 (Single

Family Residential 2), SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3), and RMF1

(Residential Multi-Family District 1) District. (46-CA-05-Kimbrough Properties

(3) 2nd Reading ? Rezoning property located at 7176 Village Loop and 7333 and

(Tina M. and Glenn Duncan, owners); 2088 Cusseta Road (Bennie C. Foster,

owner); 1419 & 1423 24th Street (Goolsby & Miller, owners); 2704 King Street

(Minnie A. Hubbard, owner); 356 28th Avenue (Ludie W. Thomas, Est, owner); 2915

5th Avenue (Windell Thompson and Harry Caldwill, owners); 26 Douglas Street

(Veterans Affairs, owner); 1004 Rigdon Road (Audrey Loraine Williams, owner);

2714 Baldwin Street (Emma Wilson, owner); and for demolition services for the

the Columbus Police Department, Investigative Services, after 35 years of

(7) Expressing appreciation to Mr. Jose Gonzalez-Cruz, upon his retirement with

the Public Services Department, Special Enforcement, after 16 years of

(8) Expressing appreciation to Ms. Josie M. Nelson, upon his retirement with

the METRA, Transportation Department, after 27 years of service. (Mayor

(9) Expressing appreciation to Mr. John P. Wilson, Jr., upon his retirement

with the Columbus Police Department, Investigative Services, after 33 years of

(10) Conveying condolences to the family of Mr. Willis B. Glisson, former

employee with the Columbus Public Services Department, who passed away on
