Description Have someone to go out and check the Bull Creek Golf Course, as

there is a serious problem with drainage out there. (Request of Councilor

McDaniel)

Response 3-14-03 -- I went to the site on 3-14-03. There are areas on the

course that are extremely wet. There are no indication that I was able to see,

that shows that the past or on-going renovations have caused any of the wet

areas to occur. There have been a number of drain inlets added to improve the

drainage in the low areas. The addition of drain inlets are the only changes

in the fairways. In addition there are a number of springs that are

contributing to the wet areas. In summary my observation is, the wet weather

is causing the problem.
