TO THE CITY MANAGER:
PROPOSED ORDINANCE ? SMOKING IN CITY
PARKS:
Have the staff to get together with the Little League leadership and look
at coming up with an administrative plan, as it relates to the proposed
ordinance to prohibit the smoking of tobacco during regularly scheduled games
or playing fields, in dugouts and within 25 feet of bleachers or permanently
affixed spectator seats located at any City park or recreational facility.

STREET LIGHTS:
Have someone to ride through the Overlook area, and check the street
lights on Blandford Avenue and Elmwood Drive, as well as Crest Drive, during
the evening hours to make sure these lights are working. (Request of Councilor
Suber)
Also, have the Public Safety personnel to do some additional patrolling in
the Overlook area during the evening hours. (Request of Councilor Suber)

TREES:
Have the City Arborist to look into a concern about a tree that was
replanted at 815 Cooper Avenue. (Request of Councilor Suber)
