retired on October 31, 2002;
WHEREAS, Mr. Benefield has been with the Columbus Fire Department since July
16, 1969.
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
This Council hereby expresses its appreciation for the diligent and faithful
service of
