WHEREAS, Ms. Dorothy A. Bertram, with the Traffic Engineering Department,
retired on April 30, 2005;
WHEREAS, Ms. Betram has been with the Traffic Engineering Department since
October 24, 1981.
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
This Council hereby expresses its appreciation for the diligent and faithful
service of
MS. DOROTHY A. BERTRAM
who has served with the Traffic Engineering Department for over 23 years. We
wish for her happiness and contentment in her retirement.

WHEREAS, Mr. Larkin has been with the Sheriff/Uniform Division since April 6,
