An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 3312 St. Mary?s Road from LMI (Light Manufacturing / Industrial)

District to GC (General Commercial) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from LMI (Light

Manufacturing / Industrial) District to GC (General Commercial) District:



All those lots, tracts or parcels of land situate, lying and being in the State

of Georgia, County of Muscogee and City of Columbus, which is known and

distinguished as REPLAT OF PARCELS 10 & 101, of that certain subdivision of

land known as PART OF LAND LOT 100, COWETA RESERVE, according to a map or plat

of said subdivision which is recorded in Plat Book 154, Folio 2, in the Office

of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, to which

reference is made for a more particular description of said lots.
