Have the staff to go ahead and draft the ordinance on the oversized

VOTER ID BILL:
Have the staff to get together with our Elections Department and then come
to the Council and give a report on the Voter ID Bill and what impact it may
have on us; and what are their plans to combat the impact. (Request of
Councilor Turner Pugh)

HOMELAND SECURITY PRESENTATION:
Have the staff to provide a copy of the Homeland Security presentation to
each member of the Council. (Request of Mayor Poydasheff)

Have the staff to do a presentation at a Work Session on employees? pay
and benefits. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

BUDGET:
Have the staff to make a copy of the budget book available at the local
library, as well as put it on the City?s website. Also, offer a copy of the
budget book to the FOP, Firefighter?s Association and any other group who would
like a copy. (Request of Councilor Allen) Provide those copies of the budget
on DVD. (Request of Councilor Woodson)
