An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 2501 South Lumpkin Road from SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3)

District to RO (Residential-Office) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and

the same is hereby amended by changing the following described property from

SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3) District to RO (Residential-Office) District:



All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus,

Muscogee County, Georgia, and being known and designated as all of LOT NUMBERED

TWO (2) in BLOCK LETTERED ?A?, of that certain Subdivision of land known as

CARTER ACRES, as said lot is shown upon a map or plat of said Subdivision

recorded in Plat Book 7, at Page 284 a, b, c, & d, in the Office of the Clerk

of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, and reference is made to

said map or plat for the most particular location and dimensions of said lot.

the 6th day of December 2005; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of

said Council held on the day of ______ , 2005 and adopted at said
