WHEREAS, Mr. Charles J. Holy, a Crew Leader with the Public Services
Department, retired on August 31, 2002;
WHEREAS, Mr. Holy has been with the Public Services Department since June 17,
1959.
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
This Council hereby expresses its appreciation for the diligent and faithful
service of
MR. CHARLES J. HOLY
who has served with the Public Services Department for 43 years. We wish for
him happiness and contentment in his retirement.

WHEREAS, Mr. Dennis Lamar Wall, a Firefighter with the Columbus Fire
Department, retired on August 31, 2002;
WHEREAS, Mr. Wall has been with the Columbus Fire Department since March 16,
1974.
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
This Council hereby expresses its appreciation for the diligent and faithful
