I. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT - COLUMBUS CONVENTION & VISITORS BUREAU:



Authorization is requested to execute an intergovernmental agreement with the

Columbus Conventions and Visitors Bureau. A resolution and agreement are

attached.



II. SHORT TERM WORK PROGRAM:



Authorization is requested for the submittal of the Short Term Work Program

Comprehensive plan update to the Lower Chattahoochee Regional Development

Center for review, comments and recommendation. An agenda report and resolution

are attached.



III. STREET ACCEPTANCE - PORTION OF BENTLEY DRIVE AND GRAND LANE:



Authorization is requested to approve the acceptance of a deed to the portion

of Bentley Drive and Grand Lane located in Phase Two of the Cedar Pointe

Subdivision. The Department of Engineering has inspected these streets and

recommends the acceptance. An agenda report, map and resolution are attached.

AT 5:00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBER CONFERENCE

IV. STREET ACCEPTANCE - KNOLOGY WAY - CUL-DE-SAC:



Authorization is requested to accept a deed for the cul-de-sac portion of

Knology Way. The Department of Engineering has inspected these streets and

recommends the acceptance. An agenda report, map and resolution are attached.



V. GRANT - MUSCOGEE COUNTY SMART START COLLABORATIVE:



Authorization is requested to submit an application and if approved accept

$30,000 in grant funds from the Muscogee County Smart Start Collaborative c/o

United Way of the Chattahoochee Valley, Inc. An agenda report and resolution

are attached.

1. Emergency Medical Replenishable Supplies (Annual Contract) -

Bid No. 03-0101

Scope of Bid

Provide various emergency medical supplies on an "as needed basis" to include:

Airway Supplies, Intravenous Supplies, Oxygen Delivery Supplies, Bandages,

Exposure Control Supplies, Exam Gloves and other Miscellaneous items. The term

of the contract shall be for one (1) year period, with the option to renew for

two (2) additional twelve-month periods, if agreeable to both parties.
