The Columbus, Georgia, Board of Tax Assessors met Wednesday, December 17, 2003,

at 2:00PM with Chairman Lawton Grantham, Assessors Richard Stallings, Ann

Grantham, William Braxton and Pat Hunter present. Also present was Chief

Appraiser Martin J. Land.



Assessor Richard Stallings made a motion to approve Minutes #48-03, Assessor

Ann Grantham second the motion, motion carried unanimously.



The Board voted to cancel the December 31st meeting due to the New Year?s

Holidays.



Met with Residential Division Chief Bob O?Brien, reviewed and approved the

following:



2004 Map Splits: 6



The Residential Division presented the results of the field review for parcel

ID 028 023 003A. Assessor Richard Stallings made a motion to approve the tax

exempt status for 2003 and Assessor William Braxton second the motion, motion

carried unanimously.



Met with Commercial Division Chief Linda King, reviewed and approved the

following:

Met with Personal Property Division Chief Oliver Juhan, reviewed and approved

the following:
