An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 1569-A Alta Vista Drive, from R-1A (Low Density Residential)

District to R-2 (Low Density Residential) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from R-1A (Low Density

Residential) District to R-2 (Low Density Residential) District:



All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus, Muscogee

County, Georgia, being known and designated as ALL OF PARCEL 7, REPLAT OF LOT

9, 10, & 11, BLOCK ?A?, ALTA VISTA, as said lot is shown on plat or survey

entitled ?Property of James Bigham, Replat of Lots 9, 10, & 11, Block ?A?, Alta

Vista, Muscogee County, Georgia,? being recorded in Plat Book 4, Folio 266 of

the records in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee

County, Georgia, to which reference is made for the particular location and

dimensions of said lot.



The above-described property is being rezoned with the following conditions:



1. All lighting shall be deflected internally using deflector shields.

2. The property shall be developed so as not to exceed three single family

residential homes.
