An Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance of the Consolidated

Government of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changing the zoning text of

Section 22-26.3 MROD Mill Restoration Overlay District, so as to allow

warehousing and storage as a Principal Use.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:





Section 22-26.3 of the Columbus Code is amended by adding a new

Subsection (A)(8)(A)(9.1)(a) to read as follows:



(A) Purpose and Intent.

(8) Specific use regulations

(A) Principal uses

(9.1) Storage

(a) Warehousing and storage
