The terms of office Mr. Hal Averrett, Mr. Ken Henson, Jr., Ms. Gloria

Weston-Smart and Mr. George Staton on the Tree Board expired on December 31,

2004. All four are eligible to succeed themselves. This will be the end of

their first initial term of a one-year term of office on the board. They are

eligible to succeed themselves for a full three-year term.



Enclosed is a copy of our data sheet, as well as a list of the current

members.



Please advise if there are any questions.
