Subject Repairs



Description Have the staff to provide the process for work order requests for

repairs relating to recreation centers, as there has been a request that was

put in several months ago to repair the scoreboard and water fountain at the

South Columbus Super Center. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

Response 01/16/04 Parks staff turned in this work order to Facilities

Maintenance several weeks ago. Facilities Maintenance staff went out and

repaired the water fountain but could not get the sleeve repaired on the

scoreboard. Parks is sending someone out today to see if we can get it to

repaired. Both work orders were addressed properly and Facilities Maintenance

was quick with a response.



The water fountain broke again and another work order was initiated for

repair. The repair work is completed and the water fountain is working

properly.
