The Board of Elections and Registration Board meeting was held November 6, 2003

at 2:00 p.m.

S Y N O P S I S



In the absence of the Chairperson, Mr. Walter Wright, Vice-Chairperson, called

the November meeting of the Board of Elections to order.



The first order of the December board meeting will be to peruse the board?s

by-laws and approve them. The second order of business for the December board

meeting will be the geographic make up of the precincts for each board member

to be assigned.



The question was asked if any formal complaints had been received concerning

the November Special Election.



A vote was taken to accept the provisional ballot that was cast based on the

recommendation of Mr. Glenn Wallace, Registration Coordinator.



The board voted three to one to certify the November Special Election results.



A motion was made and seconded to accept the board minutes of the October board

meeting. Vote was unanimous.



Being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned.
