TREE PICKUP:



Have the Mayor to consider declaring a state of emergency for that area of

the City that was recently damaged by the strong winds; with trees being

toppled especially in Council District One to have those trees and tree limbs

picked up. (Request of Councilor Suber)

TO THE CITY ATTORNEY:



BRITTON REZONING PETITION:



Have the staff to go back and check the records to see what was done with

the rezoning of property on Whitesville Road with Mr. Will White?s development,

which was based on the conservation subdivision issue and multiple zoning sizes

within the same development. (Request of Councilor Henderson)



Also, have the staff to get back together with Councilor Davis and Mr.

McKenna to see what can be worked out. (Request of Mayor Poydasheff)

MERITORIOUS RESOLUTIONS:



Have the staff to prepare a resolution commending the Shaw High & Columbus

High School Baseball teams. (Request of Councilor Henderson)



Also, have the staff to prepare a resolution commending Russell County

High and Glenwood High School Baseball teams. (Request of Councilor Davis)

STORM SEWERS:



Have the staff to prepare a written opinion as to whether or not we are

legally liable if the storm sewers cannot carry all the water and then back-up

into an individual?s home. (Request of Councilor McDaniel/Mayor Poydasheff)

STRONG WIND DAMAGE:



Have the staff to determine whether or not there are any GEMA/FEMA funding

that might be available to individuals who had some structural issues or damage

that happened as a result of that force of nature. (Request of Councilor
