WHEREAS, Mr. Charles W. Borders with the Fire/EMS Operations Department, will

retire on September 30, 2005;

WHEREAS, Mr. Borders has been with the Fire/EMS Operations Department since

February 4, 1985.

NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:

This Council hereby expresses its appreciation for the diligent and faithful

service of
