WHEREAS, Daniel King, a fourth-grader at Blanchard Elementary School, recently

took third place in the Muscogee County School District Spelling Bee;



WHEREAS, he also competed at the Byron City Complex Auditorium in one of

Georgia?s eleven regional spelling competitions;



WHEREAS, his accomplishments are worthy of special recognition by this Council.



NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:



We hereby commend and congratulate Blanchard Elementary School student Daniel

King upon his third-place finish in the Muscogee County School District

Spelling Bee and we wish him every success in the future. Let a copy of this

Resolution be forwarded to Daniel King.
