An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 318 Andrews Road from C-3 (General Commercial) District to R-3A

(Medium Density Residential) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from C-3 (General

Commercial) District to R-3A (Medium Density Residential) District:



All that tract and parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus,

Muscogee County, Georgia, and being shown as ?Parcel 122, 0.689 AC? on a

?Replat of Lots 20, 21, and 22, Block ?C?, W.T. Andrews Subdivision?, prepared

by Hobbs, Smith and Associates, Inc., dated September 23, 1997, and recorded in

Plat Book 135, Page 1, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of

Muscogee County, Georgia.
