Have the staff to prepare a resolution thanking W. C. Bradley and Home

Depot for their assistance in the community Partnership Program for a

playground that will be built at the Benning Hills Park. (Request of Councilor

Hunter)

PROPOSED APARTMENT PROJECT



Have the staff to check and see if we rezone a parcel of land for a

specific project, can that individual change that project without coming back

before this Council. Also, we need to go out and look at this project, because

she thinks that there are some things that are being done incorrectly.
