An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 5114 and 5124 Buena Vista Road, from C-3 (General Commercial)

District to R-1A (Low Density Residential) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from C-3 (General

Commercial) District to R-1A (Low Density Residential) District:



All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus,

Muscogee County, Georgia, being known and designated as Lot Two (2), Block B,

Addition To Eastwood Heights Subdivision, Part of Land Lot 12, 19th District,

as said lot is shown upon a plat recorded by Siegel Engineering Company, in

Plat Book 6, Folio 178, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of

Muscogee County, Georgia.



And



All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus,

Muscogee County, Georgia, being known and designated as Lot One (1), Block A,

Revised Plat of Eastwood Heights Subdivision, Part of Land Lot 12, 19th

District, as said lot is shown upon a plat recorded by Siegel Engineering

Company, in Plat Book 6, Folio 177, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior

Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
