Subject Fencing Requirements



Description Have the staff to check on the fencing requirements for a piece of

property that is located on Farr Road between the China Garden Buffet and the

Ranger facility, where heavy equipment is being kept. This area looks terrible

with all of this heavy equipment. (Request of Councilor Turner Pugh)

Response 11-10-04 We have investigated this complaint and found the following:

The owner of the property is

Mr. T. E. Cline of Cline Construction Co., he

has been issued a request for

compliance on a fencing violation. He has

30 days, as required by

ordinance, to come into compliance. We will

re-check to ensure compliance

is reached on December 12, 2004. If at

this time Mr. Cline hasn't come

into compliance, he will be issued a citation

and taken to court.
