WHEREAS, Mr. Sylvester Giddens, with the Columbus Water works, retired on June
30, 2003;
WHEREAS, Mr. Giddens has been with the Columbus Water Works since January 29,
1986;
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
This Council hereby expresses its appreciation for the diligent and faithful
service of
MR. SYLVESTER GIDDENS
who has served with the Columbus Water Works for over 17 years. We wish for
him happiness and contentment in his retirement.

retired on June 30, 2003;
WHEREAS, Mr. Henderson has been with the Department of Public Services since
March 5, 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
This Council hereby expresses its appreciation for the diligent and faithful

MR. JAMES W. HENDERSON
who has served with the Department of Public Services for over 19 years. We
