Subject Proposed Environmental Court



Description Have the staff to provide an analysis on the figures of the

projected fines, how many fines didn?t get levied in Recorder's Court. Also,

show an anticipated amount of revenue coming into the Court versus what it

would cost to operate the Court. (Request of Councilor Henderson)



Also, have the staff to do an analysis on what it will cost to have a separate

court from the current Recorder?s Court. (Request of Councilor Turner Pugh)

Have the staff to make sure that we have a continuous educational process on

this matter. (Request of Councilor Allen)
