An Ordinance amending Ordinance #03-90 that amended certain

boundaries of a district located at the southwest corner of Veterans Parkway

and Turnberry Lane. The purpose of this amendment is to delete condition

numbers 5 and 6 and add a new condition number 5..



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



Ordinance Number 03-90 is hereby amended by deleting condition

numbers 5 and 6 and by adding a new condition 5 to read as follows:



5. All access to Veterans Parkway or Turnberry Lane shall be determined by the

City Traffic Engineer.
