I have enclosed a list of those boards that still have nominations that

must be made by the Council. Two of these boards need two additional nominees

to be named in order for the Authority to select someone from the three

nominees to be submitted.



We will again list these appointments and various other upcoming

board appointments that will need to be made on the Clerk of Council?s Agenda

for the Council meeting of March 4, 2003 and ask that you be prepared to make

those nominations at that time.
