Description Have the staff to make a copy of the budget book available at the

local library, as well as put it on the City?s website. Also, offer a copy of

the budget book to the FOP, Firefighter?s Association and any other group who

would like a copy. (Request of Councilor Allen)



Provide those copies of the budget on DVD. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

Response The Budget Book is available at the Library on Macon Road. The FOP

has already picked up a copy and other copies are available in the Finance

Office for any organization that requests copy. The Recommended Document

will also be loaded on the city website by Tuesday.
