EXECUTIVE SESSIONS: In the future, when a Councilor is absent, the City
Attorney should contact that Councilor to provide a brief update on matters
involving Executive Sessions. (Request of Mayor Peters)
TO THE CITY MANAGER:
PROPOSED CONDITIONS FOR REZONING: Provide a list of the seventeen
conditions as outlined regarding the rezoning of the property located at 2472
Martha?s Loop to an A-O zoning classification. (Request of Mayor Peters)

RIGDON ROAD PARK: With the construction going on at Rigdon Park, the
entrance has been locked leading to the Riverwalk. Let?s see about providing a
detour for the citizens to be able to have another access to the Riverwalk.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTS: Let?s meet with some of the main realtors in
the City and the Chamber of Commerce to discuss businesses inquiring about
coming to Columbus to assist them in prospective properties for development in
