TRAFFIC COUNTS:
Have the staff to provide all the documentation on the traffic counts that
was recently taken for the St. Mary?s Road area. (Request of Councilor Turner

Have the staff to stay abreast of the issues of water run-off in the

Have the staff to look at beginning the process of Zero Base Budgeting
this month. (Request of Councilor Henderson)

PUBLIC FACILITIES:
Have the staff to look at the concerns that were expressed by the citizen
who appeared before the Council at the October 4th Council meeting as to why
public facilities, i.e., tennis courts are closed on holidays. (Request of
Councilor Suber)
Have the City Manager to bring this matter before the Budget Committee.
