(4) Application of Mr. Bernie Quick to temporarily close the 1000 block of

Broadway on Thursday, November 17, 2005 with all parking spaces being

blocked off at 2:00 p.m. and the street will be closed from 5:30-9:30

p.m. in connection with the ?Uptown Concert Series? (Police

Department

recommends approval.)



(5) Application of Mr. Craig Strain to temporarily close the Dillingham

Street

Bridge on Thursday, December 1, 2005 between the hours of 4:00 p.m.-

9:00p.m.

in connection with the ?Night of Lights? Celebration. (Police Department
