Response The owner of this property is Boral Bricks, P.O. Box 1957, Augusta GA

30903-1957. This company just cut all of this property with the exception of

one 4x6 spot that is covered with oak tree limbs. We think this is a case of

illegal dumping. The property itself is a vacant lot with no trees of any

kind on it.



Boral Bricks Co., has a satellite office in Phenix City and we have tried to

reach the manager, Mr. Freeman, but he has not responded to our calls.

Therefore, we are sending another letter to the main office. We anticipate

immediate cooperation regarding this small area, 4x6, to be cut immediately.

If not, we will contract this area to be cut and cleaned.
