MERITORIOUS RESOLUTIONS:
Have the staff to prepare a resolution commending Judge Aaron Cohn and the
Juvenile Justice Department in naming the new Youth Detention Center after
Judge Cohn. (Request of Mayor Pro Tem Rodgers)
KOREAN AMERICAN FRIENDSHIP PERFORMANCE:
Have the staff to prepare a resolution commending the Korean American
Association of Greater Atlanta, South Korean American Association, the
Consultant General of the Republic of Korea and the Southeast Dance Association
of American for their assistance in allowing the Korean American Friendship to
perform out at the Benning Hills Super Center here in Columbus. (Request of
Councilor Davis)

PROPERTY FREEZE:
Have the staff to provide figures from the last few years showing a
comparison of how the numbers might have changed with those who pay less than
$50.00 per month in property taxes. (Request of Councilor Woodson)
Of those numbers who pay less than $50.00 per month in property taxes, why
is it continuing to accelerate instead of declining, unless it is impacted by
the Governor?s recent contribution toward ours property taxes; therefore, let?s
have the staff to do some research and determine if that is the reason it might
be impacted. (Request of Mayor Pro Tem Rodgers)
