An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 6900 Mobley Road from R-1 (Low Density Residential) District to R-1A

(Low Density Residential) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from R-1 (Low Density

Residential) District to R-1A (Low Density Residential) District:



All that lot, tract and parcel of land situate, lying and being in the Eighth

(8th) District of Muscogee County, Georgia known and designated as Lot Numbered

201 of that certain subdivision known as ?REPLAT OF LOT 1, REPLAT OF PROPERTY

OF ROBERT M. SMITH, LYING IN LAND LOT 63, 8TH DISTRICT, COLUMBUS, MUSCOGEE

COUNTY, GEORGIA,? prepared by Moon, Meeks, Mason, & Vinson, Inc., under date

August 19, 2003, as shown on a map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 149,

Folio 103, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County,

Georgia.
