Response The concrete block apartments at 647 Illges Rd. 1-12 are owned by Jane

Bullock Wiley and managed by Landmark Realty. On June 6, 2002, we contacted

Landmark and advised them to board up vacant units within one week. On June 11,

2002 we wrote these apts up for Housing Code violations. The owner has 45 days

to repair he substandard units. Landmark Realty was on site boarding up vacant

units.
