Columbus, Georgia

WHEREAS, Nancy and Robert Wilkeson and James Hilliker recently came to the aid

of the owner of property located at 4756 Kolb Avenue which was recently slated

for demolition;



WHEREAS, the Wilkesons and Mr. Hilliker proceeded to assist the property owner

with a completion of demolition and a cleaning of the lot so that demolition

costs will not be charged against the property;



WHEREAS, the acts of these good samaritans are worthy of special recognition by

this Council.



NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:



We hereby commend and express our deep appreciation to Nancy and Robert

Wilkeson and James Hilliker for their generous donation of time and materials

in assisting the property owner at 4756 Kolb Avenue with demolition of a

dilapidated structure. These good samaritans serve as a shining example for

the entire Columbus community. Let a copy of this resolution be forwarded to

Nancy and Robert Wilkeson and James Hilliker.
