(7) 2nd Reading ? An ordinance requiring all applicants for the positions of

Firefighter/EMT or Firemedic as established in Ordinance No. 02-103 to

successfully pass the Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT) within the

twelve-month period immediately preceding the date of an offer of permanent

(8) 1st Reading - An Ordinance amending Section 3-5(g) of the Columbus Code so

as to permit the issuance of alcoholic beverage licenses to establishments in a

Mill Restoration Overlay District (MROD). (Councilor Suber)
