Have the staff to do some research and determine whether or not if we

purchased a piece of State historical property that is offered to us for sale,

will there be any impact on it, and if we would be allowed to do something with

it, if we choose to. (Request of Councilor Turner Pugh)



With regards to the State?s Historical Preservation regulations, find out

if this is specially outlined in legislation or whether this is policies and

procedures established by the agencies enforcing this legislation. (Request of

Have the staff to determine how the State sets their priorities as far as

projects are concerned. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

ST. MARY?S ROAD PROJECT:



When the staff discusses expanding the St. Mary?s Road network, look at

the possibility of a 3-lane road that goes all the way out to the end of St.

Mary?s Road to Yorktown Subdivision. (Request of Councilor Turner Pugh)

COLUMBUS HOUSING INITIATIVE:



Have the staff to provide a fact sheet of the different programs under the

Columbus Housing Initiative, along with their acronyms and explain what

benefits each receive; also who serves on the various Boards. (Request of

Councilor Woodson)

DEVELOPMENT:



Have the staff to look at initiating some kind of study on the cost and

impact to cities as it relates to revenues being generated from residential

development, commercial development and agriculture versus costs and

expenditures to cities. (Request of Councilor Davis)

When the City Manager presents his Agenda during the Council meetings,

let?s make sure that we are showing it on the screen at that time. (Request of
