An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 4810 Miller Road, from M-1 (Light Manufacturing) District to C-3

(General Commercial) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from M-1 (Light

Manufacturing) District to C-3 (General Commercial) District:



All that lot, tract, and parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus,

Muscogee County, Georgia, being known and designated as ALL OF LOT NUMBERED

THREE (3), PROPERTY OF H.G. GREER, as said lot is shown upon a map or plat

dated November 1, 1947, made by G.V. Carr & Company, Surveyors, and being

recorded in Plat Book 4, Folio 194 of the records of the Clerk of the Superior

Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, to which reference is made for the

particular locations and dimensions of said lot.





The above-described property is being rezoned with the following condition:



All lighting shall be directed internally using deflector shields.
