(5) ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: First Reading of an ordinance to rezone

approximately 12 acres of property located at 1048 & 1060 Double

Churches Road and the property south of both parcels from a R-1

District to a R-2 District. (Recommended denial by the Planning Advisory

Commission and approval by the Planning Division.)
