Description Let's meet with some of the main realtors in the City and the

Chamber of Commerce to discuss businesses inquiring about coming to Columbus to

assist them in properties for development in the South Columbus area.

Response Carmen will bring up this issue at the next Race Relations Meeting

and request it to be listed for discussion at the Race Relations Conference

that will be held in February - '02. He has already discussed it with the

Chamber of Commerce. We will try to identify city-owned land in the area and

attempt to promote its use. There will be a new service station/quick shop

coming to Victory Drive in the near future. They are purchasing City land to

build on.
