4-12-05 Ordinance providing for demolition goes to Council for first reading.

Mr. England appeared before Council and ask for additional time to

make repairs to these buildings.



4-19-05 Council voted to allow Mr. England additional time for repairs. He was

granted 120 days

from this date to acquire loans and make repairs to these buildings.

The 120 days expires on August 19, 2005.



7-6-05 Notice of hearing to be held mailed to lien holders.



7-20-05 Hearing held. Only one lien holder appeared at hearing and was

presented with a forty-five day notice. Three lien holders sent letters

that they had no interest in the property, remaining lien holders were

mailed their forty-five day notice.



8-19-05 The additional time granted to Mr. England by Council ends.



8-05 Reinspections will be made to determine if any repairs have been done to

buildings.



9-4-05 Lien holders forty-five day notice ends.



9-05 If property is not sold or repaired by this date, it will be given to

Reaves Wrecking Company, Inc. to proceed with demolition.
