I. POWERTEL/ATLANTA, INC., CELLULAR LEASE:



Authorization is requested to execute a lease renewal agreement with

Powertel/Atlanta, Inc., for a cellular facility on the roof of the Government

Center. An agenda report and resolution are included.



II. COMBINED SEWER/FLOOD ABATEMENT:



Authorization is requested to execute a Memorandum of Understanding

with the Columbus Water Works for the implementation of improvements to the

stormwater system. An agenda report and resolution are included.



III. MICROWAVE CONVERSION FOR 800 MHZ RADIO SYSTEM:



Authorization is requested to purchase equipment and services to convert the

existing analog microwave subsystem of the 800 Mhz Radio system to fiber optic

based system. An agenda report and resolution are included.

Provide Columbus Consolidated Government with professional legal

services involving land acquisition and disposition, in addition to other

upon the mutual agreement of the City and the Contractor (s).
