TO THE CITY MANAGER:
JUVENILE DRUG COURT:
Have the staff to work with the RDC (Regional Development Commission) to
assist us with granting writing to see if we can get some Federal funds for the
Juvenile Drug Court. (Request of Councilor Anthony)
Have the staff to look at having a briefing for our State Legislative
Delegation on this program and let?s possibly look at adding this to our
Legislative Agenda, to see if there are any funds available to assist with the
funding of this program. (Request of Mayor Poydasheff)

ROAD PROJECTS:
Have the staff to move as expeditiously as possible to move the second
half of the St. Mary?s Road widening project up. (Request of Councilor Turner
Pugh)
Have the staff to provide a report as to what other projects would be
affected by moving the second leg of the St. Mary?s Road project to a single
project and what will we be giving up in order to do that. (Request of Mayor
Pro Tem Rodgers)
Have the staff to provide an update on what did we do with the money that
we had in the TIP for the widening project of Forrest Road to Macon Road.

Have the staff to provide these status reports to the Council at their
next Work Session. (Request of Mayor Poydasheff)
